Websites
that hire
guards
Ronin Web Ops builds websites and three-minute job applications for small US security companies. Run by a Marine veteran who has stood post.
Book a 15-minute callShown: Ironline Security, a demo build
Every open post is overtime
When a guard quits, someone covers the shift at time and a half. Most applicants look for work on a phone. If your site can't take an application there, they apply to the next company on the list.
What you get
Open posts listed by city and shift. Pay shown up front. An application that takes three minutes on a phone. Every applicant in your inbox within a minute.
Plus a homepage, service pages and a contact form, written for the property managers and businesses who hire you. Your state license number in every footer. One fixed price, live in 14 days.

Audit
Day 1. A 15-minute call. I look at your current site, if you have one, and ask what it needs to do: win clients, hire guards, or both.
Build
Days 2 to 12. I write and build the site and the application. You review it twice, by email or a short call.
Launch
Day 14. It goes live on your domain. The first application lands in your inbox, and I watch the first week of traffic with you.
Demo build: Ironline Security
Ironline is a made-up Texas guard company. It shows what you get before you pay for anything: a careers page, a three-minute application and every applicant in your inbox.

A hiring website for $1,500
Careers page, three-minute application, up to five pages written for you, your domain, analytics and a license-number footer. Live in 14 days. Half to start, half at launch. Care plan after launch: $79 a month.
Built by someone who stood post
I served in the Marine Corps from 2013 to 2017. After that I worked armed security contracts in Afghanistan, Haiti and Saudi Arabia, then hospital security back home.
I know what one no-show does to a schedule, and who ends up covering it. Now I build websites for the companies that fill those posts: one person, one fixed price, plain answers.

Questions owners ask
Don't see yours? Email it and I'll answer within one US business day.
m.boston@roninwebops.comI already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Yes. I can rebuild it from scratch, or keep what works and add a careers page and application. On the call I tell you which one makes sense and why.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, in your own account, from day one. I host and maintain the site on the care plan. If you ever leave, I hand over the full site files at no charge.
What does the $79 care plan cover?
Hosting, security updates, job-post changes within one business day, up to an hour of edits a month and a short monthly note on visits and applications.
Can applications go into my scheduling or HR software?
They go to email by default. Most applicant tracking tools can take them by email or a simple connection; I set that up when the tool allows it.
Who writes the words?
I do. I ask about your services, posts, pay and licenses. You read and correct every page before launch.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half at launch, by card or bank transfer.
Where are you based?
The business address is in Oregon. I travel and work US Eastern mornings by email and video call, so you get answers in your working day.
